Arby's - Kearns

I have been trying to call but I keep getting a fax machine which is why I'm doing a public review. I paid for two combos and only got one sandwich. The store is over 15 minutes away from me.

Shake machine (reason I came) down 2 hours before close. Close is 12am not 1am as advertised. Not friendly service. Fries and chicken cold. Turned around in parking lot to get replacement and was met with attitude. The only thing fresh in my order was the mozzarella sticks. Just started managing a hotel around the corner. I’ll be sure to let my guests know not to come to this store.

Worked here once upon a time years ago and there is a woman still there that was always good at her job her name may have been vickie she works the slicer and food super kind person good place to eat

Food was amazing, the people were nice, and overall a great enviroment to dine in.

Excellent service and the double roast beef was tasty. Also, shout out to shift manager Austin for great customer service and putting up with our jokes about our coupons
