Little Caesars Pizza - Kearney

Our order was 45 minutes too late, everything was burned and the pizzas were very lazily prepared

Not sure where you start this review. The food wasn't good. Pizza has no sauce on it. Crazy bread that was made, first they said they can't sell it because they didn't have the right packaging. Then when I said I don't care about the packaging as long as it's the product, I'm fine. Last time I checked, crazy bread didn't come as a dough with butter. Next, the service was terrible. The person who took my order has nothing behind them. Very monotonous and not helpful at all. Very dismissed. The shop itself is absolutely disgusting. You can see hand prints everywhere along with food particles. Not to mention the place looks like he hadn't been cleaned since his opening. Not sure when that was. No sharp and finished pizzas as advertised. All about a very bad performance and show by the employees. Because I know it is considered a decent budget pizza, I spend the extra money somewhere else that has a clean facility. This place should be closed for deep cleaning.

Unacceptable quality, communication and product. Will never order from this place again. Incomplete order, crazy bread thrown into a brown paper bag, and the haphasard pizza creation I have ever experienced

I always loved Little Caesar? Pizza, but the Kearney location is very dirty, has not enough staff, has never hot and ready pizza available, and even if I ordered it online, I sat for 20 minutes waiting in the car line on my pizza that was finished 20 minutes earlier. Absolutely ridiculous. I feel bad for the employees in this place.

Terrible location. Always out of pizza. Went today at 3:00 and was told 2 hours for a plain cheese pizza in a empty restaurant. Never have hot and ready of any kind. Do not bother going here, complete waste of time. Might need some new managers. 5 years ago was great. Sad to see it ruined.
