The hotel ambience was brilliant, loved the scent and felt that after a very long time fish cali Mirch and fried momos are exceptionally good briyani was ok but different.

Our first visit...excellent service...our son who has been to many places like this..said it was excellent. We enjoyed the dishes we ordered...be sure to order the Naan with your meal. We will return to eat there again.

I stopped in Kearney last weekend to visit a friend who lives there. I told my friend to show me some of Kearney's best food and I had quite low expectations for a smaller Nebraska city. I ordered the Goan Shrimp Curry and my friend ordered the Reshmi Chicken Kababab. We have a side of garlic and onions naan also with mint Chutney. Oh, my God! Our two orders were absolutely divine. Goan Shrimp is usually my visit to Indian restaurants and Everest Fusion 's takes the cake. If you're not looking for something Spicy, get it. It is creamy, buttery and melts in your mouth. My friend Hähnchen Kebabs were moist and tasteful and I couldn't stop stealing from his plate. The Naan was also fantastic and paired with the best mint cutney I've ever had! This food was so good that we order it the next day. Seriously. In addition to the great food, all employees wore masks, the staff was so friendly and had no fear of having some fun, and everything in our order was tightly wrapped up and secured for the drive home. I'll eat it here first when I visit in the near future.
