Arby's - Kearney

Be permanently closed today due to a fire. I guess her meat was too hot to handle. I wanted to eat here today.

I left on 5. January 2021 at 2:30 p.m. to Arby and the service was good! The food was good and delicious! I've never had a food poisoning from this place, and I go there a lot, which means they do a lot about dealing with food! The Clay County Maskenmandat is always there and they always follow the mandate rules! I forgot to say "Plain" on my chicken sandwich, so we went back to the drive-thru and waiting wasn't too long! When we got to the window, I talked to the person in the window about the simple chicken sandwich and they had to open it without anything! When I got it, it was easy! And they apologized for the chicken sandwich that is still professional! Since I have not said “Plain”, the star rating has no influence, it will stay at a 5 star! They always wear masks during work and I like that and I think they wash hands after customer interaction, which is good! If you are concerned about COVID, you are still safe from the workers because they always wear masks! Here's a professional tip! Make sure you check your reception before you go because it could be a wrong order. If you see a wrong order on your entrance, go back to the Drive-Thru and go to the window about your error you have just seen on your entrance! I would still recommend going to Arby! Since I have not said “Plain”, I would still say a 10/10 would recommend going to Arby’s and here the photos are attached below!
