Surf Coffee X Muses - Kazan

The coffee was very tasty, but there were large queues, long waits, inflated prices, and a tiny menu! It was my first time there and I was not familiar with the drinks, but it was impossible to push through the line to the cashier, where the menu was located. The font was also very small and difficult to understand. The cashier was getting nervous as I was choosing my coffee and started serving the next customer while I was still deciding, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the loyalty system was not working and I couldn't register, adding more time to the wait for the drink and increasing the stress of an already drawn-out situation.

I recently discovered this coffee shop and it's fabulous! The coffee is very delicious, I mean really delicious! It's even tastier than at Starbucks, if you compare. The interior inside is unusual, beautiful, although there's not much seating, so I don't really want to sit there, but people seem to be comfortable. In terms of price, I wouldn't say it's cheap, but there's another plus - their loyalty program. They give you a 20% cashback on your purchase in the form of bonuses, where 1 bonus equals 1 ruble. So essentially, I'm paying a little more, but saving up for a free cup of coffee in the future, why not? I recommend everyone to go and try this coffee shop after I found out about it!

The service at this restaurant is awful. I ordered a coffee and they gave it to someone else. When I asked where my coffee was, they rudely replied that they would make it. It took them 20 minutes to bring it out, despite the empty dining hall.

Стиль луковица кофе, баррели изумительного кофе, более чем приемлемо. Хорошее место.
