Little Caesars Pizza - Kaysville

If your reading this review you may have had a bad experience. We waited 40 min for our pizza after ording it from the drive through. We were told it would be 10 mins so we parked and waited for our pizza. Four other customere were waiting for there orders as well, when we finally went in to check on our order that was supposed to be delivered we waited 15min before being helped. The excuse was they were behind, which may have been true. I can go on telling about my experince, but most importantly this facility seems like it will never change and if your are reading this before going to facilty be warned and if your reading this after a bad experience you maybe able to relate.

The location on 283 N Flint Dr is terrible. If you make an online order you have to wait and watch while all the drive thru customers go first. They tell you that they are behind on online orders while they serve everyone else. Won't be coming back to this location. It's worth the drive to a different location.Addition-I got home and found a 1 1/4 hair in the pizza as well. Geez. Talk about going out of your way to make sure people don't come back.

Don 't go if you want hot-n-ready pizzas. Have been here on several occasions and they rarely have pizzas ready to go, either they have pepperoni ready and no Hawaiian or vice versa. It 's become frustrating waiting 15 min for a regular pepperoni.

Friday night chaos. Ordered online took an hour. 40 minutes after the pickup time. Pizza was cold because the order was finished and then left aside forgotten about. Just kids working. Horribly managed location for a Friday night.

We made an order online and then had something happen and needed to cancel. The app had no way to cancel and said to call. We called so many times and mostly got the voice-mail, but a few times they picked up and immediately hung up on us. We ended up having to go into the store directly to cancel. Very frustrated.
