Little Caesars Pizza - Kaysville

Ordered forward through the app. I've never been reported to pick it up while the time said it should be ready. They never made my pizza, so I had to sit and wait for them to do it. The whole reason I ordered before was to avoid waiting in the lobby. Bad customer service. Staff hardly gave me the time of the day and no excuse from them.

I usually always come here to get pizza, but lately, although I order on the app, I have to wait for my pizza for 30 minutes and come to find out when it should be done, they are just barely put in the oven?! There is a reason why I order in the app. If I try to call the number to talk to someone, I can't leave a message or get in touch with someone. I'm not coming here anymore. Don't waste your pizza here.

The worst little caesar location. I ordered through the app and went to pick up and the kids were all on the back just dancing and listening to music and didn't come almost 5 minutes ago. Once they realized that I was there, they decided to finally cook the pizza. While I was waiting, her friends came in and they let them all go to the kitchen. Besides a friend was smart and knew that he shouldn't, so all the workers began to call him inseparable words. Once a pizza was finished, they brought me the pizza and one was cold and how it looked for hours. So I told them and the child just sworn and laughed and said what should I do with it? Rather than argue with him, I just went. Avoid this place at all costs.

The team here hustles, but getting a little slower and more correct would be better. Waited 23 minutes for my order. After 23 minutes, I was told it would be 6 minutes for the pizza they forgot?

When it first opened it was good, fast and convenient. Unfortunately things have gone bad, real bad. Orders are later than expected, not five min later but 30 min later. This last visit, there were workers screaming profanity in the back, customers waiting, no I?m the front helping. Not sure if it was a bad night but on a Tuesday, it really shouldn?t be that bad. Hopefully someone gets that employee some help, bring up the moral a little and be more helpful in general. The location is great, that?s about the only thing? :
