We were there several times for Christmas and celebrated a wedding in the old Heidkrug. Always satisfied. Delicious food, fast and polite operation. Only the plant is old and rustic. But I still like it... just like that.

We were always satisfied restaurant guests and therefore decided to eat a buffet with the family on Christmas day. Unfortunately, the result is disappointing. As a second round of guests we had to eat the secluded buffet of the predecessors, the dishes were thoroughly cooled, the goose skin was dry and rough and the lukewarm sauces were already covered with a skin. Unfortunately, the buffet was only after deficiencies. The dessert buffet is a mud pamp. No, thanks. Never again buffet in the Alte Heidkrug. We'll be back for dinner.

I was at Christmas dinner with my whole family in Heidkrug today. I am a regular guest here and always satisfied. Unfortunately, this event was not the case at all. The food was cold or dry or fried dead. The corresponding sauces were not accessible as they were covered with the skin. Unfortunately, that was not successful. All at the beautiful festival. I definitely expected more for the price. I also lacked that Christmas flair or calm background music. Child-friendly: The staff is very child-friendly and dogs are welcome here

The idyllic restaurant on the upper Alsterlauf offers a family and cosy atmosphere that makes every meal taste twice delicious. The service staff is always attentive and friendly even at higher visitor numbers. Compliment!

It's a little in the years. Here I have been to dinner with my parents, after a Sunday hike. The terrace was furnished with old baking. The food was good bourgeois and delicious as before.
