Ganja - Kawagoe

Cheap and tasty ramen, fast service and really friendly staff. A good place for a quick stop and try the typical and oishii Japanese rams in the middle of an amazing shopping area.

Tastes really good, unless you dislike fish based soup. You have to wait for at least 20 minutes to enter, because this fast food restaurant enjoys high reputation in this region. I like the taste, but, at the same time, I don't think it deserves 20 minutes waiting.

Since there's no English on the ordering machine, we kinda order it randomly. We got 2 tsukemen, one without char siu. The broth is very strong and salty. A bit too much for my liking but it was worth trying. The noodles firmness was perfect. Service was good too.

It's lucky had chance to eat Ganja which is most famous Ramen restaurant of Kawagoe city, and just waiting for 20 minutes. Tsukemen is delicious, but maybe I had highly expectation of the taste, the reality is less then expected.

I followed the review and made myself here for lunch at noon. Ordnete tsukemen with an egg above. Soup cherry was thick and the roasted pork was so soft and delicate. Many locals came here too. Also be prepared for a queue, but worth waiting.
