Very cheap price for the lunch meal with choice amongst about 5 meals. The lady serving is very nice and the food is good.

Various vegan lunch options available, plus dessert, although I do not have any of them. tasty and full. friendly staff who can translate the Lithuanian menu in English if necessary. only 4 stars for also animal products with some of their dishes.

Probably the cheapest vegan lunch in kaunas (and vilnius) (4 4.5 eur. suppe main.) we had balandėliai and pumpkin soup. the part was a little too much for me, and I usually like larger portions! the food had a home like quality and was quite delicious. the location is quite easily accessible in the center of the city. the atmosphere in the caffe is not the fantastic or coziest, so they do not expect to lie there long. also the roggenbrot that comes with suppe was somehow communal, it was divided between the tables. that is, imo, quite unhygienic, especially given the current pandemic.
