Jack In The Box - Kaufman

Great spot for decent folks, with a mostly tidy environment.

Whenever we travel, we typically come across Jack in the Box restaurants, but we don't have the chance to eat there often. As a family, we had never tried Jack in the Box before, so we decided to stop by for a change. Unfortunately, it wasn't our first choice, but luckily the lines were long at our original destination. After seeing an advertisement, we made the decision to drive to Jack in the Box. When we arrived, we placed our order and used the restrooms. The staff was friendly and efficient, taking care of us promptly. Our food was prepared quickly and accurately, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Jack in the Box.

There is a clown that resides in the men's restroom. I swear to God. The ketchup in packets is great, I usually grab 12 or 15 packets and enjoy them. The salads are seriously delicious, no jokes.

On one occasion, a customer made an online order when the app indicated the store was open. The customer's card was charged, but upon arrival to pick up the order, no one was working and the customer did not receive a refund. This experience led the customer to believe that the owners of the store are allowing theft to occur.

The order was accurate and the food was delicious, but unfortunately the indoor dining area was closed. We were treating our grandchildren to our annual taco outing, but were disappointed to find the dining room shuttered. The restaurant cited a lack of staff as the reason for the closure. We will opt for a different location for our next outing. The excuses given were frustrating.
