Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery - Katy

I had an outstanding experience with the customer service! I ordered a birthday box filled with various items to be delivered to my daughter. After the driver left, someone noticed that he had forgotten the cupcake box. The manager promptly called me and had a second driver on the way to deliver the missing cupcakes. They even coordinated with her office to ensure that the second driver could drop off the package all at once! Both deliveries arrived within 15 minutes of each other. It was truly impressive! Thank you for addressing the issue quickly. My daughter loved the surprise and absolutely adores the delicious treats too!

The freshest and most flavorful cookies I've ever tasted! Made to order, they're incredibly warm and smell amazing! I got the variety box, and the snickerdoodle is my favorite! My family loved these treats for dessert!

This place is of the best places to get a good cookie. prices are not sky high and you get a good size cookies and they taste amazing. highly recommend

I don't generally like to give a bad review unless deserved, but I feel in this instance it is warranted. I started on the app at 9:30 to place an order. As I was in the middle of placing a $70 order the app said the delivery time had changed. So I selected the new time and the order wouldn't go through. So I called the location and they said that they stopped taking orders at 9:45. It was 9:49. But I had been on the app trying for the past 10 minutes trying as the delivery time changed. I feel like the order should have been taken with a 4 min difference or I should have been offered to pick up, but I was told if I could get there in 10 min I could have what was in the case. As a manager, I feel that this was not good customer service. Luckily Crumbl is open until midnight and they are more than happy to take my order and the generous tip.
