Palios Pizza - Katy

AMAZING pizza, just absolutely amazing flavor, taste and crunch. Let?s not forget their FANTASTIC customer service as well ???? If you haven?t tried their pizza then you are seriously missing out. Today was my first time here and I live 35-40 minutes awayand with that being said, I will be coming back here for sure. If I could give this place 10 stars I would but 5/5 HIGHLY HIGHLYHIGHLY RECOMMENDED and this is coming from a person that loves nothing more than Italian food. You will not regret if you tryit, Buon Appetito ??

We used to go to this restaurant weekly because they had the best pizza in town. However, after the pandemic, the pizza didn't taste as good and the restaurant didn't seem as clean and well-maintained, so we stopped going. We gave them another try this evening and nothing had changed, but we were disappointed to find out they no longer offered ice or ice water, only bottled water for an additional charge. When we expressed our disappointment and decided to leave, the owner seemed oblivious to our concerns and acted as if we were overreacting. He mentioned that this policy had been in place for two years and dismissed our complaints. After reading other reviews, we realized that we were not the only ones who had an issue with this. We went back in to explain that my wife was on a restricted liquid diet and needed ice to sip on, but the owner remained unapologetic and insisted he couldn't do anything about it. We were not angry, just disappointed that we had chosen to revisit this restaurant over others in the area, only to be let down.

The pizza was alright, but the toppings were excessively salty. I have never experienced pepperoni so salty that it burned my throat. The fettuccini was extremely bland; even the canned Alfredo sauce I typically use at home has more flavor. I added extra Parmesan and chili flakes in an attempt to enhance the taste, but it was still disappointingly bland. The presentation was nice, but overall, I left the restaurant feeling disappointed and craving authentic Alfredo.

Without a doubt, this is the best pizza I have ever had.

The dining experience was great. The calamari was delicious and the pizza was also excellent. The crust was light and crispy.
