Little Caesars Pizza - Katy

Lower and extremely slow reaction. I ordered online and it said ready in 30 minutes. I waited and when I was there, I was told that my order was not even processed. I had to wait another 20 minutes just to get lukewarm cheesecake.

I was here 3 times in less than 2 months and order only the hot and ready pepperoni, but it's never ready. I have to wait 7-10 minutes. I love going because it will be a really fast solution. Extremely disappointed

Keeping on the phone for 15 minutes to order a thin crust of pizza and no one ever picked up, drove there still on the phone, without people waiting and the checkout just standing there.... Will not go back there....

We have a deep plate of pepperoni pizza and bread sticks and it was enough to feed 3 people twice. Pizza was good for fast food.

They are severely understaffed. Had to walk in afterwards because the drive thru line wasn?t moving for 30 minutes. I heard that at that time they weren?t taking any orders, only online pick up orders (it was at 9 pm). Lady at the cashier was nice and friendly. Pizza was pretty good and yummy.
