Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Freddy's is just ok. I had a chili cheese dog and it was good. I just wish the worker were just a little more friendly (just a hint more). I have been to this location several times and the all see to hate their jobs. Overall its still good food!

Me and my daughter had a great experience. Initially we were off to a bad start as 20 minutes had passed and everybody else was getting there food before us. Luckily Marianne was there and she noticed something was off and very quickly corrected the issue. Not only that but the cook admitted that he had made a mistake which is totally understandable but also commendable. After years in the service industry I realize mistakes can be made but they not only corrected it but did one better and gave me and my daughter free ice cream cards for our next visit, it?s situations like these that dictate the outcome of keeping or losing a return guest and they were awesome. Marianne was incredibly personable and I look forward to seeing her again soon.

As a first-time customer of this brand, I decided to stop by after driving past it daily. The staff was decent, but they could use a bit more cheerfulness; the greetings and service were quite stoic. I understand they might be dealing with kids, so I can sympathize with the owner. I ordered the Freddy's Double Cheeseburger, which was actually quite tasty. However, I was disappointed to find that I received a kids' portion. For about $7.50 just for the burger, without any sides or drinks, I expected something more substantial than a slider. Perhaps that's why the place was empty at 7 PM. Just my two cents!

I was with a friend who asked if I had ever eaten at this restaurant before. It was my first time, and I'm really glad he suggested it! The burgers are small but incredibly delicious and satisfying. I also loved the little fries! For dessert, I had a cup of vanilla custard, which was a delightful treat after the meal. I believe a diabetic could enjoy the frozen custard without the toppings. The place is clean and spacious, with plenty of parking available for those with disabilities. You can choose to either drive-thru or dine in. Overall, it was a fun and quick dining experience!

Delicious flavor and just the right portion size. The double bacon and cheese combo is amazing!
