Domino's Pizza - Katy

Feel completely robbed! This is the spot I always get my pizza. I order online and come to pick up while I am out. Today we had a sporting event at school where there is no internet service so I just popped in to grab 2 medium pizzas! It took a few minutes for someone to even great me and they were immediately annoyed that they had to take my order because I wasn?t picking up but placing an order. I ordered two Dominos Medium pizzas that?s it. She said $34.00. I asked how could it be $34.00 for 2 medium pizzas? When I order online it?s $5.99 a pizza. How did we get to $34.00? She said you would?ve had to ask me for the coupon. Excuse me? So you are going to charge me an additional $20 because I didn?t know you had to ask for the coupon. Which has always been $5.99 for a pizza. She was not apologetic or helpful in anyway. Completely turned off by my experience here and no Dominos pizza is worth $34.00 for 2 medium pizzas! The worst!! PERIOD. The employee had no personality, a serious attitude, no customer service skills and definitely doesn?t want to help customers. Not sure how you are even employed. You have lost my business. I am a server and always tip over 20% I am very aware what good service is and I have been ordering Dominos for years. I can only imagine how much business you?ve lost and frustration she has caused people!

I am a Domino's pizza fan! I order once a month teen daughter determines) I do pick up orders and they usually make my pizza correctly light on the marinara sauce)

Edited: The best Dominoes pizza I ever had in my very long, pizza loving life was made by someone at this location named Haevon. Omar and Abdullahs pizza were good;so, honorable mention, but whenever my tracker said that Haevon is making my pizza, I am happy, because I already know it will be the best version of pizza I've ever had from Dominoes. I don't know why it is so perfect, but it just is. She puts everything in perfect proportions, not too much or too little of anything and it is always cooked perfectly... not too soggy in the middle or burned on the ends... She hasn't been there the last few times I've ordered. I'm afraid she might not work there anymore and so, in case she's gone forever, this is a tribute to the excellence of her pizza making skills. If you missed the chance to get a pizza made by whoever this Haevon person is, you missed out. I will sincerely miss that pizza. Dominoes is still good, don't get me wrong, but its just not going to be Haevon good.

Ordered a pizza for take out. It was very fresh and the guy who took my order was very polite. They had many workers working on the pizzas, it seemed like they had a lot of orders and they still had mine on time, hot and fresh!

Not sure about the pizza quality because I didn't eat pizza that much but my online order is always prepared quickly and promptly delivered to my car.
