Chick-fil-a - Katy

I'm not a big fan of fast food, but Chick-fil-A is my favorite. It's as healthy as you can get in the fast food industry.

The staff was wonderful, and the food was served hot and fresh.

We had our first experience at Chick-fil-A on September 23, 2023, and Blake, who took our order, was fantastic! We wish him all the best!

This review is not directed at the local franchise owner but rather at the corporate office. After my visit, I completed a survey and was rewarded with a free chicken sandwich, receiving the code via email. However, when I tried to use it, the code wouldn't work. I called Customer Service three times, and each time I was informed that the code was unused and they would attempt to resend it to my email. On the third call, I spoke to someone at a higher level, but they still couldn't provide me with a new code. It was frustrating, especially for a sandwich that costs $5. At that point, it was no longer about the money—it was about the principle. How can a company that offers excellent customer service in their restaurants have such poor customer service at the corporate level? It's truly disappointing!

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A! The food is fantastic, and the environment is clean and safe. The management team is outstanding, and the staff members are wonderful! It's the best place to work! The waffle fries are incredible, and I especially enjoy my crispy fries cooked well.
