Charleys Cheesesteaks - Katy

Easily the worst service, I work in food service and seeing the workers and how they took my order shows this business is straight trash. Can’t believe yall let it run this way with teenagers, should be ashamed of who is present in front of customers. Food didn’t even come out right since it was rushed, shows yall need some better employees in this establishment.

I have serious love for this place and the sandwiches made here. My son, who has sensory issues, would only eat slightly puree foods and drink loads of chocolate milk at 4, never ate real solid food... until CHARLEY'S PHILLY CHEESE STEAKS! He would vomit on all foods until I gave him one. My kids call it Mall sandwich... the people here make itnthe best. Been to other ones. Nope. Made better here. It's hectic. Lots of people in line. But it's worth it. Keep it upbyall my sine is 5 and we are here again... loving every second of it.

If u have a restaurant brand and put kids to represent your name you are down the customer service is worse when you ask something the 1st thing is see the cashier, no difference with the burger
