The Korean fried chicken is outstanding. It's perfectly coated on the outside, and every bite remains crispy, even with all the sauce. I ordered takeout, and it was still fresh and hot when I got home. The fries with Parmesan are great too. Overall, food rating: 5/5.

I drove 35 minutes only to discover that this restaurant had about 10% of its menu available. They were only serving the side dishes listed. It's hard to believe that a chicken restaurant could run out of chicken! This points to poor food inventory management. My advice is to step up your game; you've been in business long enough to offer a higher quality of service. Proper inventory management is crucial, and the lack of it leads to a disappointing customer experience. As a result, we decided to go to Hoodadak Korean Fried Chicken down the street, and it was fantastic! Everything on their menu was available, the place was buzzing with customers, and both the food and service were exceptional!

They also wouldn’t allow us to mix boneless and bone-in wings, despite both being priced the same, and they couldn’t provide any logical reasoning for this policy. When I requested to speak with a manager or owner, I found out that neither were on the premises. Talk about a lack of commitment to the business. As for the food, I've certainly had better. I ordered two large wings and an appetizer, and the total came to $95. I would be fine with that price if the service had been up to par, but it wasn't. The whole experience was quite disappointing—eating off paper plates, having only bottled water available, and no one checking on us. Honestly, it felt just as good as eating at a drive-thru.

The chicken is cooked to perfection. It was fantastic. It is a bit pricey but worth it.The bowls were nothing special. We had a couple of the teriyaki flavor. Underwhelming, lacked flavor. No fountain drinks, not even the tea.A small sauce was $3. It came in a condiment container, one size up from the usual ranch, blue cheese you get anywhere.

Juicy and crispy Korean fried chicken! This location is better than the others, in my opinion. If I'm in the Katy area and don't have a lunch spot, this is one of my top choices. My favorite is the Gangnam flavor but they're all pretty good. Wish there was more thought put behind a lunch menu though..Food: 5/5
