I had to come back and take away a star. I went to this location around 8pm on last Friday March 29. I oder a wrap and a boneless meal for my husband, let me just say the customer service was a 10 but the quality of the food was a 1The tortilla wrap was hard and old. I ended up just throwing it away. My husband couldn't even finish his boneless meal because it was pleasing. Morning and lunch shift is always on point with customer service. Please do better night shift ?

I have had 2 bad experiences this week. Both dealing with the drive thru person NOT listening to my order. Monday I ordered an unsweet tea with lemon and repeated it 5 times before I was handed a drink without lemon, only to be told that they don't have lemon. I asked why I wasn't told that the other 5 times I asked for lemon? Today I order a large diet Dr Pepper. I was handed a regular Dr Pepper. I handed it back and asked for a large diet Dr Pepper. I was then handed a large Dr Pepper. I handed it back again and finally got the right drink but she wanted me to keep the wrong drink. I set it in the window. I work in the area and go by there a couple of times a week.

The customer service is very poor. Placed an order thru drive thru, took them 10 mins to get the order correct made sure they repeated back. Got home open the bags and everything was still incorrect and it wasn't fresh boneless was hard and dried out.You can tell it was thrown together.

My husband is from here and remembers this place growing up. He just had to stop in for a burger. He says, it 's ok . The quality is different. The bun has changed, but the taste is the same. I 'm big on customer service as a corporate trainer, and this location is not where u go for the service. We were not greeted at the register, not asked how we could be helped. Not a single smile in the place, nothing. Like I said, Go for the food, not the service.

This place is a joke. Need better customer service and better cooks. The tenders were so hard, unable to chew, fries were burnt and hard and always out of something. I notice when you go there after 7:30, the staff don't want to make anything fresh, the staff wants to say, we don't have anymore. Really, if you're too lazy to work, go home and let someone do it. I want go back, this place is a joke.
