Evangeline's - Katrineholm

We were there to celebrate our daughter's graduation and enjoyed a lovely dinner experience that was perfect for the occasion. The service was courteous, prompt and thoughtful. Cocktails, dinner and dessert were all excellent. We had the duck and the Waygu steak for dinner and key lime pie, cheesecake and bread pudding for dessert. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Wonderful place with great ambiance for date nights. We had good friends drive from Birmingham to meet us there for dinner. They had never eaten at Evangeline's and I told them it was worth the drive. After dinner, they totally agreed that the food was well worth the drive. The staff is excellent and so attentive. We try to go at least once a month and enjoy it so much.

It was good. I've eaten at great restaurants in a lot of cities so it's hard to give this an excellent review but it was good. The shrimp may have been a bit underdone and the pasta could have used a bit more flavor. Otherwise it was good.

Evangeline's is our favorite restaurant when we visit Tuscaloosa. Just fined here last night. Service is 5 stars. Management is 5 stars. Staff from the hostess, servers and bartenders are always 5 stars. Love the intimate setting and ambience. Food is always amazing! I also want to mention that we had reservations for 2 during parents weekend at UA which is very busy for restaurants. Our table was delayed which was understandable for us. We were not upset at all but the manager discounted our bottle of wine at dinner for the delay. I'm always impressed with the service here how far above beyond they go to please their customers.

We love Evangeline's and make a point to eat here when we visit Tuscaloosa. There were 4 of us for dinner, and everything we had was delicious! Love the atmosphere and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a special dinner experience.
