Three Sisters Bbq Chinese Restaurant

I have visited this restaurant for the third time after a long time. We attempted to make a reservation before closing time as we were rushing to arrive on time. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to dine even after their closing hours. As I had remembered from previous visits, the food was fresh and served in generous portions. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the hotpot eggplant, laksa char siew, and prawn dishes. The spring rolls were fresh, and the salt and pepper whitebait was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I highly recommend this restaurant! When you first walk in, it may seem like it could use a renovation, but after just a few seconds you realize that this is one of those places that will not disappoint. The service is outstanding - fast, efficient, attentive, and welcoming. The food is simply amazing, from the appetizers to the main courses (I did not have dessert). I couldn't find a single fault with it. The restaurant was packed, even late in the evening, with people waiting to be seated and placing takeout orders. This place is honestly the best discovery in Katoomba if you're hungry and looking for delicious food!

We visited on a Saturday evening and enjoyed this meal served with joyfully friendly enthusiasm. Service was prompt and the dishes were delicious. highly recommended.

We ordered the family meal, the two main thing (we chose garlic chicken and satay chicken), roasted rice, cooked rice, 4 spring rolls and wonton (short) soup for $55. That was enough for 3-4 people and they really packed the net with meat and vegetables... and made it a generous serving, and both nets had really good taste. Baked rice included pieces of Char siu (BBQ pork) and shrimps that were better than expected, and the spring rolls were also crispy and tasty. Wonton soup had 6-7 wintons, which again, better than expected. The menu had many other great and appealing sounding options, so we have to try next time in the city. If most other shops were filled with only 1 or 2 tables when I went by, it is obvious that this is a well-known jewel in the area for locals and visitors alike. I was also really surprised by the great quality and value, and even more so there were no additional supplements compared to any other shop in the Laura Mall strips that had both credit card surcharges and public holiday supplements during the Christmas to New Year period. Admittedly, they did not have the 10% discount for the departure they normally offer after signing.
