Food Market - Kathu

Dinner for 4…sushi, a pork burger, and 2 banh mi sandwiches plus a virgin pina colada, fruit punch and 1 beer. Cost was around 1000-1200 Baht. It was ok but probably wouldn’t return. Too many other places to try.

There are many street food kiosks at this market. Some of them good some of them less good. The one with catch of the day fish at display will examine resilience of your guts. Service is done by bunch of young guys hungry for your money. Cutlery served by touching at mouth part with unwashed hands, plates polished with dirty clothes, that 's what is waiting for your digestion test there. If you like lottery with your health you might be lucky. I will never return.

You can try a lot of local foods: it’s cheap and interesting!

Conveniently located across our hotel. The servers are the best thing about this place. Great attitudes, very welcoming and attentive. Atmosphere is lively and there is a good range of options for food. Hot meals, shakes, desserts, alcohol, cold foods. Everything is here. Prices aren't bad either.

One of the best price quality ratio for food in Phuket. Would go only there if it wasn't so noisy with the crazy boxing stadium shouting out loud all the evening almost every evening.
