I ordered 2 large portions of hake and chips from this restaurant. As I waited, I realized that the order placed was actually for medium portions. I brought this to the attention of the staff at the till, and they assured me that they would include 2 small hake portions as a compensation for the error, for an additional cost of R44.90. However, upon reaching home, I found that I was still given 2 medium portions instead of the large ones I had originally ordered. This mistake left me feeling very disappointed. Unfortunately, my dietary restrictions were not accommodated as my option was not on the list. Overall, this was a takeout meal for dinner costing between R150-200 per person.

I have tried to place an order over the phone twice in the last two weeks, but each time I received a message saying that they were experiencing a high volume of calls and couldn't take my order. It seems like Fishaways has plenty of money and doesn't need any customers. When I went to the shop in person, I was the only customer there. Please be aware that there is a major issue with their phone ordering system.
