Debonairs Pizza - Kathu

Oh no! The service is terrible and I wouldn't recommend using their delivery app. Waited 2 hours for our order to arrive. It's simpler to just drive to Kimberley to dine in.

I really enjoyed being here with my favorite pizza. The local cuisine is delicious, especially at this time of day.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced! I placed my order at 6:30 and have tried calling multiple times with no answer. Who will take responsibility for this unacceptable situation? Even KFC is faster than this - my food hasn't arrived even after 45 minutes! I will not accept being told that they are busy as an excuse.

I have placed an order for delivery yesterday (25/02/22)around half past 7 pm, I called around half past 8 pm and I was told that the store is still busy with my order, I never received it, I am still waiting for it even today(26/02/22).

Now the 4th time ordering form debonairs in Kathu and its always a issue when it comes to delevery.It always takes 1 hour and 30 min for an order to be delivered and they always have the exact same excuse. They are busy they apologize for the inconvenience. Can't complain about service because there is no service to complain about. Try to call then the phones just keeps in ringing.I do hope the owner of the stores sees this and for once actually take action regarding this matter.More than 2 ours now and yet still no delivery close your shop rather if you can't give customer support
