The plain slice and burrata slice not only lacked flavor, but the crust/dough was terrible, like cardboard. It had a powdery feel and texture on the bottom and the crust/dough was very hard/dense. The cheese on the plain slice was so thick that it overpowered everything and we took it off because it was tough to chew like you had bubblegum in your mouth. Workers were very nice!
They burn the pizze. I took the pizze back, an give to them . I spent 47 on pizze and this time was worse.
I enjoyed this spot the margarita pizza is delicious. The people are nice and quick and the place is packed on a weekend night.
We stopped for the night in NJ on our way to OC, MD. We ordered an extra large pizza for two adults and two kids. Food was very tasty, portions were generous and the service was top notch. We will surely make this a regular stop.
I finally decided to try them out after hearing so many great things and I was very surprisingly disappointed. The dough, though it looked crispy, was lacking flavor and had no bite to it. It was kind of dry and powdery. The sauce was too sweet, which is not what I’d expect from a good NY slice. And there was way too much cheese. It was such a thick layer that when it starts to cool ever so slightly, it became a spongy layer. It was overwhelming. The one thing I did love was the macaroni and cheese. The cheese sauce had great texture and flavor and the orecchiette paired surprisingly well with it. I would definitely go back for that. But if you’re looking for a delicious pizza, I really feel like there are better places you could try.
