Ganias Gyros - Katerini

A very nice and atmospheric place. You can eat, drink good wine and chill. The best geros we had the pleasure of trying in Greece My wife and I have fond memories of this place. At the entrance, we were greeted by a nice waiter and asked where we were from. We were given menus in Polish and after a short discussion we decided on gyros and a bottle of wine. Right after placing the order, we received wine and wine glasses. A jug of water and two water glasses at no additional charge. The wine surprised with a pleasant and delicate taste from the first toast The gyros was also great fresh juicy meat, great tomatoes with red onion, crispy fries and the best tzatziki sauce. As it turned out, we unknowingly chose a wine that perfectly emphasized and complemented the taste of the gyros served in this modest restaurant. When we come back to Leptokarya, this will be the first place we will go to for an evening chillout

When looking for gyros in Leptokaria, this is the place you want to be at. The owners are known by the locals as masters of gyros. I recommend this place without a second thought BUT make sure you get there early during the summer because it's often full and sells out.

Even when my wrapped souvlaki had potatoes and mustard (which I told the server to not have in my pita), it was very good. Fast service.
