Spisestedet Ost - Kastrup

We, two adults and two young children, got 'fish n chips' and fries in the newly opened bistro. We were met with great kindness of the staff and quickly came to table, where we got time to choose our food and while we waited a child chair for the least. The food was super delicious, it was an unexpected but delicious feature with fish n chips frikadeller and estragonmayoen was heavenly! On the side there was sewn seaweed, which was surprisingly good. Unfortunately there were only three free pieces per plate, but it will make better in the future. To supplement, we ordered fries, which was made on sweet potatoes with a delicious, coarse homemade strapoulade. Crispy and preparation of pommes were super, but it is enough a taste of potatoes to be sweet or common. All in all a very reasonable lunch and great potential for the new bistro.
