Always a welcoming corner for groups in a place with good food and a friendly atmosphere. The tavern is located in the traditional and historical village of Kasteli in Meramvelo, Fournis region. Look for the large round stone-built water tanks (cisterns) that have continued to exist since Neolithic times (yes, you read that right, 5,000-year-old vessels have been found at the bottom of them... A walk through the alleys in Kateli will show what an inland capital village in Merabelo was like, built with the region 's excellent raw material, the Milatou stone .
