Nice place you can sit and relax, waiters are very kind.
Café serving fast food and desserts as well as tea and coffee, located in an old russian building, built by the Russians during their settlement in Kars. The customer can pay by credit card and cash. NOTE : Smoking is allowed inside the cafe, and this is one of the strange things you find in the Kars's cafes and restaurants
