The prices were 10 % higher than the usual 5 € for Döner and Yufka, i.e. 5.50 € each. The companion was well packed. Even after a ten-minute drive, everything was still home. On the first bites of my calf döner a balanced mixing ratio of the ingredients was set. In my eyes this is very important because too much sauce: bread becomes crisp; too little sauce: too dry. There was nothing unusual here. However, with the last 4-5 bits of a diner, the highest possible joy always occurs. At this lowest point, physically conditioned, all flavored liquids collect and unite to the so-called core. Only with perfect balance of ingredients and at the same time well baked bread that prevents juices from going. In my case, the last bites were a rather dry matter, which is why they remain at three stars.
Döner did not cost, location for poor: no class no stil workers working lifeless, no recommendation.
I wanted to eat with two friends. We had to wait for our order, but still satisfied. Pide, pizzas and other dishes are freshly prepared. Kebab is available as calfstick and minced meat. We ordered this and Ayran. We were all happy with the food.
Umut has been available in Durlach for many years, and i have eaten there several times. Even though i'm not aware that it is particularly remarkable in any way, you can always rely on getting tasty food of decent quality. The seating area is quite large for a Turkish fast food shop, and due to the large windows, it's always brightly lit and friendly. Besides, it's newly renovated. Service is always friendly and quick. Some prices are slightly above average; for example, i paid 5 Euros for Yufka Falafel. But many other prices are quite normal.
