Contribuiți la feedbackWhat a great place offering great food but sadly just too busy to be able to deliver the service. We ordered classic tapas the waiter (Pablo?) was really attentive and helpful but he simply had too many people to serve and really awful assistance. So having got our drink and some of our food, it started to go down hill from there. We didn't actually get all the food we ordered but by this stage as there are two parts to the restaurant actually getting someone to tell was impossible as they were all in the outer courtyard or in the kitchen. In the end we finished our meal, we spent 15 minutes at the table with no-one in the restaurant other than similarly poorly served diners, all the tables had empty plates and glasses and when someone did arrive there was a sea of people trying to get bills. We eventually stood at the bar, for 8 minutes, ignored despite having been seen by the lady sorting drinks for the outside dining area but not acknowledging us or apologising for the delay. When the bill came we were charged twice for some of our food and drinks as well as being charged for our food that didn't arrive. Why not one star? The food and the place are fantastic and our first half in the place it was 5 stars so it seems unfair to put at one but really they need to sort it out otherwise it will just fail with these standards. We would try again, but it would be a case of 'last chance'
We met with friends on the terrace. it is a little tight, the tables and chairs are close together. the ordered tapas were delicious, brot we had to complain several times (it is also calculated every brotkörbchen, ask. must it be?).In the local inside it is very dark, I would not really feel comfortable there.
Beautiful cheerful and high quality place. excellent dishes and generous portions. excellent sangria, paella and offers an endless list of appetizers (tapas). if they are in the opposite and don't want to eat German, try it out.
Spontaneously we wanted to eat tapas and actually got a place in the Pablos. To say it before: it tasted good. And yet we have a few critique points, which eventually led to only 3 points:- I called in the restaurant, but also after several times, nobody took off for business. we used the handy number and the chef then took care of the first tapas, although we had no drinks yet. but were immediately brought to it.- a tapas was forgotten- a false tapas was brought: chorizo spices instead of discs- we had aioli, but forget to order brot. we then made immediately - after 15 minutes there was still no bread and we asked the waiter who surprised a second time the order took up. everyone can forget something, not dramatically - it took forever until the dessert was brought and instead of “dick-liquid chocolate” we got a half-full Kaba cup. the powder was not even completely stirred, but with quite many sticks. no idea if you do this traditionally in Spain, it is not known to us. we had a nice evening and some of the points are certainly very “German” criticism points. the price-performance ratio was in order.
We were there for dinner. you sit very tight, so to speak, on the shot of the neighbor. the service was rather lacking, to tapas is yes, that one might order a round - but that was only very hesitant, as it cost us a lot to get the attention of the service. the food was ok, some tapas were very good: the gambas, meatspiesse, pulpo. others were not good: datteln im speck were totally burned, the filled pimientos were boiled. You can only pay with German EC card or cash, that was rather unpleasant for our friends from the Swiss.
