Min Ramen - Karlsruhe

So actually they would have to give 5 stars (not possible because not 100% vegan/veggie, but there is happycow something as a torkeeper on the go. the personal was super nice and recommended what we can order as a vegan. also other dishes are prepared on request vegan, as everything is freshly prepared and nothing is precooked. (at least at the nudelsuppen we had the sweet potato croquettes (respect)! sharp sauce! and frit gyōza. both super tasty and perfectly prepared. as a main dish we had the miso ramen and the shoyu ramen, both in the m size (begiving still l . both suppen were excellent and the noodles were the best defiant I had so far. not too hard and not too soft cooked. the sweet was super fresh and still with very good bite. nothing to cook or something. we had a kirin ichiban beer and a Japanese melonenlimo (sugar shock :d) paid for it ca. 35€ with drinking money, which is for the quality they receive, and for the degree of saturation (not even comprehensible pure). I was pappy. So, if I'm in a carol rest, I go back there and recommend it to anyone who eats Japanese, especially ram.

Very cozy place. Lots of vegan choices on their menu. Nice service. Large selection of drinks, with or without alcohol.

We love the min ramen bar! there are super delicious vegan options and the staff is friendly and helpful. we have been there twice and will come back at any time.

The vegan selection is quite good. it was mega tasty, even if I've eaten better rams. for this mega service and really beautiful made!

In the min ramen bar we got an average ramensuppe, which unfortunately lacked it a bit too much of a nice. because there were no gluten-free options, it was allowed me to bring my own ramen noodles that were prepared for me. the ambiente and the service were unbeatable for this and rated the evening immensely. updated from previous review on 2020-09-16
