Max Burgers - Karlskrona

The staff at this place are a bit slow... One in the kitchen, one at the register, and one for the drive-thru... They decorate the place with balloons... When I asked for a napkin to wipe off dried ketchup, the staff looked at one another and realized the ketchup was empty in the machine... What happened to "oops, let me get you some fresh ketchup"? It was empty the whole time I was there for about an hour, and I can only assume that their preference is to leave it empty... And as for the food, they don't seem to know what it is, shouting out orders instead of bringing them out to the customers and showing a little bit of service.

It is generally known that the food almost never looks as it does in the advertising pictures, but in this case, it is a complete disappointment. The burgers are never close to how they appear on the menu. I have been there a few times and the staff is uninterested and unfriendly. They forgot about the dressing altogether one time. The portion of dressing that was actually given was about a teaspoon's worth. The rest of the burgers were also skimpily portioned. I will never go back here again!

Hamburgarna är OK, men bemötandet vi fick på kvällen 26 januari var oerhört slött ointressant. Att kunderna fick vänta verkade inte bekymra kassörskan ett dugg. Har aldrig upplevt det hos McDonald´s. Aldrig mer Max!!!
