Boy oh boy, these oysters. 2-3 times a week the owners of Oysterium get delivery of fresh oysters from all the cold waters across Europe- Netherlands, Ireland, France and not only. The oysters are amazing as well as everything else about this place. Wine selection is tailored for the food, and even picky sparkling lovers could find great value for money here (my favorite was the driest Cava Reserve from Spain). The service is amazing, don’t forget to ask about today’s specials.
