U Hrocha - Karlin

This place was great for the sake of authenticity, to be honest one of the few 'local places for local people ' I visited in Prague. We stumbled upon it by chance but it really paid off, very nice atmosphere, tavern-like. We drank beer, we ate sausages, we watched the women 's figure skating championship on the telly. Apparently it 's a thing... The barkeep was a huge man with a huge frown but very nice.

This place doesn't look good, doesn't smells good, but will be the most honest Czech food that you will eat. Nice beer and it isn't too expensive. You should go just for the experience

One of the last old fashioned Pilsner pub in Prague. You can get some food and Pilsner Urquell. Mostly no tourists. Can smoking. You can feel Genius loci in every beer you will drink

This is the best beer on Mala Strana. Very similar like tygra, authentic pic where locals go. Here you can really experience how Czechs drink beer. For foreigners might be a strange place at first sight, but trust me you will feel like at home after the second beer

Mały pełen leciwych Czechów lokal, którzy jakość piwa sprawdzają od lat. Dla turystów zostają pojedyncze miejsca w ciasnym lokalu. Warto wpaść na piwo by poczuć klimat czeskiego pubu.
