The Sushi - Karlin

I really love sushi, and in Prague, there are a lot of branches where you can go for it in my opinion. But personally, I prefer going here the most. I recommend it to my friends as well.

At the moment of writing this, the Sushi bar has a rating of 3.3. Unfortunately, this is not a rating of the Sushi bar itself, but of the system and reviewers. Don't be fooled! The Sushi bar is consistently the best sushi in Prague. With a long-standing reputation and consistency. The price is fair... The service is possibly the best in any restaurant in Prague. I have a feeling that the same people have been serving for 10+ years, always with a smile. The sushi is always absolutely fresh and the taste is completely different from most other sushi in Prague. In my opinion, it is one of the top 5 restaurants in Prague (comparing my taste level with Field, Zatisi, George Prime Steak, Alcron depending on what one feels like).

I had a very enjoyable experience at this restaurant, which may be the most authentic I have found in Prague so far. The prices are a bit high, but I was unsure if it was fully justified despite the chef and waiter graciously looking after me. The meal started with some delicious Japanese rice crackers and pickles. The amuse bouche was a piece of tuna fried in batter with a slightly sweet soy sauce. The maki and nigiri were very good, although not exceptional. Surprisingly, the restaurant was quite empty.

Without a doubt in my mind this is where I've had the best sushi in Prague! The fish is so fresh, it tastes like nothing else around Prague. I would always go here for sushi if it wasn't quite as pricey. But I can definitely say it is worth the money!

Vsecko bylo perfektni, nutno rezevaci udelat. Obsluha , jidlo skvele. Ten tunak co tam byl snad jeste rano se cachtal nekde ve vode, byl vyborny. Za dlouhe cekani jsme dostali pozornost, chutnou!, navic. Prijemny vecer to byl. Doporucuji.
