No Disadvantages: We had a large platter of steaks. One of the pieces of meat was spoiled, it smelled sour and disgusting. When we addressed this with the server, she checked with the chef and came back saying that the meat was perfectly fine and the smell is normal for chuck steak and we could safely eat it. It is absurd to let your customers eat spoiled meat, even though it is obvious from the smell that it is bad and poses health risks, just to cover up cooking mistakes and negligence. The staff came up with several excuses, never admitting that the meat was spoiled. And that is what I find most disturbing. Even though they gave us a discount on the steak platter, they never realized that by their ignorance they were endangering the health of their customers. If meat smells sour, eggy, it is not normal for ANY piece of meat, so please DO NOT EAT it and do not let anyone tell you otherwise. (This experience caused me a day-long diarrhea and I hope nothing worse! ...)

Compared to our last visit, the quality of the food served has worsened - we had 4 steaks. None of them were without sinew, which was impossible to cut through. In the struggle to prepare the sinew, of course, the meat cooled down (what is the problem with serving on heated plates?), and even the seasoning of the meat was two grades better last time. The best part of the whole meal was the perfect dessert, which really had no faults, for that I bury. However, we came for the steaks, and here we were really disappointed. We are very hesitant about whether to go back next time. It's a shame, we've always enjoyed this place ...

Excellent steakhouse, I recommend trying the platter, you will taste many different cuts of beef. And the food is served by a smiling robot. Perfect! And the service is great and friendly.

Quality foods in reasonable price. English friendly staff and good service! Definitely visiting again to try all other steaks burgers!

Ribeye burger contains fresh strips of perfectly cooked ribeye steak. Dog friendly (saw a dog inside). Mains come with a sauce and side from the back of the menu; mushroom sauce and steak fries were great. Excellent service, English-speaking. Very convenient from downtown, just down under the roadway and one and a half blocks downhill from the tram 20 stop.
