AmunÌ Slow Food Pizza - Karlin

I ordered two pizzas via wolt, was waiting for more than an hour… I decided to call the pizza, they never helped and didnt know what pizza I have ordered but told that drivers were not coming. Insanely bad service and reaction.

Not major complaint about the taste of the food, did not get why pumpkin cream need to be decorated with violet flowers, but ok.. The service though should be completely changed or at least trained and managed way better, as we and other customers had to stand and ask for help/menu/desert/coffee every time whenever we needed it. Service seemed very busy with their phones, and were impolite and harsh

Good variety on the menu, good food, and amazing staff. Micaela was very sweet, kind and adorable

It used to be a good pizzeria. Since the last six months I noticed the quality of their pizza dropped: the dough is undercooked. Sadly I cannot recommend this place anymore

In my opinion one of the best pizza places in Prague with absolutely amazing dough. Definitely good recommend visiting, though the atmosphere is not the best.
