Qq Pan Mee - Karawara

I visited the restaurant for their Chili Pan Mee and laksa. The service speed could be improved, but the food was enjoyable, and I have no complaints about that. However, the coffee supply seemed to be constantly running low for some reason, perhaps it's part of the local style.

This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered in WA. We visited the week before and I'm actually relieved that this place has finally closed! If a business advertises its hours until 8 PM, we expect to be able to order food until at least 7:45 PM. We arrived at 7:14 PM only to find the doors already locked. The woman inside rudely picked up her sign and said they were closed. My partner expressed his frustration, and my poor grandmother, who had just come out of the hospital after a month, was really craving some Asian food. We were in a panic trying to get in as quickly as possible, but I can't believe the woman came out and started yelling at us for showing our frustration. Frankly, if a business is shutting down 45 minutes early, they should reconsider being in the food industry. This was so disappointing and frankly appalling behavior from the staff. Until there is a change in their attitude, I would not recommend this place at all.

The soup was slightly diluted. I ordered the pork noodles and the pan mee soups.

Not as authentic but passable meal to be honest. Meals was taken away and by the time we got home, noodle are soggy.

So disappointed. Loved coming here and getting the Loh pan Mee. Today the lady refused to give me what I normally order because she deemed it too spicy for me and insisted I get the dry pan Mee (which, if spice is of concern is way spicier). She wouldn 't let me order what I wanted??? So confused and shocked as I 've never had any server refuse to give me something because they think they know my preference. I reluctantly ordered the dry pan Mee but it 's not what I wanted and generally so taken aback from the whole experience
