Nice eating and traditional. is one must eat for me every time in kaoshing. the bark is not hard, not too soft with the perfect tenderness. suppen taste is great for me, but also some people can be too strong.

The bowl of noodle is so big, you should mix soy sauce, vinegar and sate together as a sauce, it's more delicious
