Taco Bell - Kansas

After leaving the drive-thru I called to let them know I wanted to refund on the food that they made. The food was either really hard and the cheese not melted or it was only half of an order the shift lead that was working the day I called told me I would have to wait 3 days for the GM to be in so I could call the GM so I told her fine I would save the food and bring it in 3 days later I get off the phone with the GM after 3 days the GM is very rude and told me they would not issue a refund wit … – show

Every time we go there for supper they are closed even though they are supposed to be open.

Always friendly at this location but they seem to screw up my order quite frequently. This time they forgot my cinnamon sticks. Which usually taste like old fryer oil. So I probably did myself a favor. Who needs the empty calories anyway…

Food was made completely wrong. Wasn't even out the driveway and the food was cold. Only people there. For $50 you'd think it would be decent. People were complaining in the background loud enough we could hear them, mad they had to work. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Under staffed. Lobby closed. Some of our food was cold. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'll give them a 3.
