Milton's Café - Kansas

I thought if I went on a Monday, I wouldn’t have to hear the accordion which is the worst instrument ever made. I was wrong.

My first time there. The food was delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. Will be going back again!

One of the best places to grab breakfast or brunch in downtown Lawrence — lots of outside seating which is a plus during the pandemic!

I’m giving them one star so they’ll notice this because I used to enjoy Milton’s but I don’t go there anymore because I absolutely hate the accordion and apparently if I want to eat at Milton‘s, I have to hear the accordion every single time I go there. I won’t be back until he’s gone.

Everything was phenomenal except for the French toast; it was a bit dry, which is the only reason why I didn’t provide a 5-star review. However, the flavor of the French toast was very good (I’m big into textures). While our server was very attentive, she didn’t have much of a personality. All of this stated, I’ll definitely come back! Everyone should give this place a try!
