Gambino's Pizza - Kansas

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this experience is still bothering me a week later. On 12/29, I called Gambinos for a pick up order around 5:15 pm. Whoever answered confirmed my order and was very friendly. Around 6:20 pm, my brother shows up to get the order and the gentleman at the front has no idea about the order. My brother left the restaurant. I call back in attempt to place the order again, but I am interrupted many times while trying to order as the employee begins TAKING OTHER CA … – show

Do not go there DO NOT. I went with some friends and their kids and they brought us the wrong pizza, and when we asked for an answer NOONE give us answer, we literally had to wait until they said “sorry” and they didn't give us money back, a free dessert or our RIGHT PIZZA. And that happened 2 weekends before christmas. I've never gotten such a bad service

We ordered pizza with a coupon when we called we told the lady what the coupon said, she said it back wrong twice finally she got it right the third time. when my mom went to get the pizza(because they had no drivers for delivery) the pizza was cold and she wasn't given the discount plus it tasted horrible tasted like salt and cardboard. when i called about the bill the manager had the lady who took my order to tell me to call back tomorrow to talk to another manager. pittyful no one cares abo … – show

The lasagna was a small step up from a can of tomato sauce dumped on a pile of pasta. It had sprinkle of meat, a dash of cheese, and no flavor. It was so acidic, I couldn't eat it. My side salad was the best thing I ordered and it was nothing special. Maybe the pizza is better? Lesson learned.

Decent restaurant for quick lunch at the buffet. Nothing to write home about but overall good for the price.
