Cactus Grill - Kansas

Walked in and no one greeted us for about 3 minutes. Finally sat down and began eating the chips only to find a hair in our salsa!!! Got the chicken bowl, the chicken was ice cold. Told the waiter, and the chicken came back over cooked and very dry. No silverware or salt on our table. Overall bad experience, food was not good at all and way below average. Definitely will never visit ever again. Only reason this review isn’t a 1 is because waiter and manager were accommodating.

This place seriously might have the best margarita in Kansas City! Enchiladas are to die for!

The food was quick, nice presentation. Excellent taste. Oh yeah and the Guy Fiery and Sammy Hagar Margaritas was well worth the 10 dollar price tag. Wonderful waitress that helped us order.

The Cactus Grill is by far the best Mexican Restaurant around. They serve a very consistent high quality in food and service.

It wasn't as good as the last time. I was all set for the yummy great taste from past visits, but it didn't happen. Disappointed and hear that from some other friends.
