Arby's - Kansas

Classic French dip is perfect size to share. Like the crinkle fries way better than the curly-qs. Don't fidget to ask for salt for the fries though; makes a difference!

Had good food and decent service here for the year we've lived here, but the last few visits have been something else. We live only a couple minutes away, but on getting home we've had cold fries, lukewarm roast beef and chicken, and impersonal (if not unfriendly) service at the drive-thru for three times in a row. Not sure what's happened, but my wife and I will, for now, be skipping this Arby's in favor of the one a bit farther away down in Lenexa.

I can't believe you took away the hot ham and cheese I've heard from a lot of people they no longer will be eating at Arby's. I'm one of them.

Bad drive through experience. Slow. Food came out cold. My bread was hard. Lady miscounted my change so I paid extra. She also forgot my Arby's sauce. The drink was flat. Overall disappointed with this location.

This place is hit or miss some weeks. Mostly they do ok. Usually either they get the order wrong or the food is cold.
