The Peanut Downtown - Kansas City

This restaurant serves the best wings I have ever eaten! The blue cheese dipping sauce is outstanding. The ambiance is charming and has an old-fashioned style that we love. They also have a great selection of cold beers. We highly recommend this place.

I would have given a better review if it weren't for the dirty tables and the fact that our waiter was missing in action. Although he was friendly, he never refilled our drinks and was not present much. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived, with only four people there total. However, the food was really good. The wings were crispy and flavorful, and the chili was unique and unlike anything I have tried before.

The wings and BLT at this restaurant are the best. My daughter really enjoys the nachos as well!

Burger and fries are excellent! Cooked perfect and great quality and taste. Service was subpar, I didn’t get checked on the entire time I was waiting for food or eating for a refill or anything. Overall, great food if you want to try something new.
