Taco Bell - Kansas City

This place is so annoying when it comes to picking orders. I should have trusted that my bunt has ignored the order. Lobby unlocks not to close by 10 o'clock, but I say the lobby is closed to wait in the car drive to pick up the order? how, why not just give me the order or let me wait the few minutes for them. I'm already in here.

We went through the drive throught because we were wanting to get home quickly and we went around and ordered and then went to the window to pay for our food we paid then the server is supposed to give back the card... Well he didn't and this morning looking for the card could not find it we called taco bell and asked if they had the card we went over there and asked for the card the lady was not sorry at all and to be honest rude there was no apology and I left and probably won't go back.

Son wanted Taco Bell badly and it was a big disappointment. While the drive through attendees were nice, there was barely any filling in tacos and chips, they were out of items we wanted, and it was expensive! Not going back to this location any time soon.

Waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes to be told their computers were down. It takes microprocessors to make a burrito these days.

I asked for a Fiesta veggie burrito and they gave me the cheesy bean and rice burrito I have not been to taco bell for a very long time thinking they might change a little, but I am for sure not coming back
