Taco Bell - Kansas City

If you're looking to order a tablespoon of meat per taco, this is the place for you. The manager was very polite, but unfortunately no solution was provided when we raised our concerns. They did acknowledge that they now use a smaller "scoop" and have raised prices while decreasing portions. Additionally, each taco came with minimal cheese and just a couple pinches of salad. We were disappointed with the experience and will not be returning, as every taco was served in a similar manner.

I was really looking forward to dining at this restaurant, but when my group of 11 arrived, we were treated poorly. Despite the fact that the restaurant was nearly empty, we were asked to use a kiosk to place our order instead of being served by a worker. As we searched for the kiosk, we noticed that all the employees were on their phones. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The service was terrible and our table was dirty.

"The food at this restaurant was delicious, however, my sister and I experienced a negative encounter at the drive-thru. When we asked for sauce, the manager yelled at the worker in front of us. It was unprofessional and unnecessary. It would be better if the manager handled these situations more discreetly in the future."

There are no standards at this place. ordered chips and cheese, extremely stale chips. had to be old days. extremely stale soft taco shells, they know so stale that when they fold the shell, it just breaks apart. yes soo disappointed. management where is its quality control?

When I went in to dine in did not had much with the staff how to use the touch screen order when I had completed my order was not showed up and for the touch screen I recommend pay with a card not cash up front and had the person their got my what I order and had came up on my order when I got my food and also don't put much meat in their soft shell tacos.
