Sweet Siam Thai - Kansas City

I placed a to-go order for crab fried rice at 7:12 PM on July 27, 2008. The manager at the bar informed me it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant at 7:45 PM, I paid for my order, but then had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive my food. The manager, an older woman with short dark hair, was exceptionally rude, raising her voice at me when I inquired about the delay, as it had been nearly 50 minutes since I placed my order. When I requested to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the manager and walked away while I tried to express my dissatisfaction with her service and attitude. This is not how a customer should be treated! She showed no remorse and was extremely disrespectful.
